How does the e-prescription work?

After the doctor issues your prescription you receive a 4-digit PIN code by email and SMS. Collect your medication at any pharmacy in Poland with the PIN code and your PESEL number, or by showing the QR code in the mObywatel / mojeIKP app. If a prescription is not medically justified, you receive a full refund. Consultations are provided by a doctor with an active Polish medical licence (PWZ 3211301).
