How does the e-prescription work?

After the doctor issues your prescription you receive a 4-digit PIN code by email. Collect your medication at any pharmacy in Poland with the PIN code and your PESEL number, or by showing the QR code in the mObywatel / mojeIKP app. If a prescription is not medically justified, you receive a full refund. Consultations are provided by a doctor with an active Polish medical licence (PWZ 3211301).
